AeroChamber Plus Flow-Vu is an anti-static valved holding chamber designed with patients in mind. Patients can use an AeroChamber Plus Flow-Vu to help improve medication delivery from a metered dose inhaler (MDI). The only valved holding chamber (VHC) available with the Flow-Vu indicator When patients have trouble using Metered Dose Inhalers (MDIs), the medication that the MDIs dispense may end up on the back of the throat or on the roof of the mouth.2 AeroChamber Plus Flow-Vu Anti-Static Valved Holding Chamber (VHC) helps patients inhale MDI medications correctly. AeroChamber Plus Flow-Vu VHC is a device available by prescription only for patients who may have difficulty with the coordination and control involved in using MDIs correctly.1 One Size Doesn’t Fit All Multiple mask sizes to fit patients of different ages1

Directions:

• Remove the caps from inhaler and chamber.
• Insert the inhaler into the back of the AeroChamber.
• Place the mouthpiece in the mouth and seal lips tightly.
• Press the inhaler once and inhale slowly and deeply — the Flow-Vu indicator should move.
• Hold breath for 5–10 seconds, then exhale.
• If another puff is needed, wait 30–60 seconds and repeat.

Safety Warnings:

• Use only as directed by a healthcare professional.
• Ensure the child can form a proper seal around the mouthpiece.
• Clean the chamber regularly as per instructions to prevent blockage.
• Do not share the device between users.
• Replace if the valve is damaged or the chamber becomes cracked or cloudy.
