Colgate FluoriGard Fluoride Rinse 400ml is an alcohol-free daily mouthwash designed to help protect teeth against decay and cavities. Ingredients:

Active Substance: 0.05% w/w Sodium Fluoride BP. 1 ml of Fluorigard contains 0.225 mg Fluoride, Other Ingredients: Alcohol 4.96%, Poloxamer 338, Glycerol (E422), Saccharin Sodium (E954), Sodium Benzoate (E211), Benzoic Acid (E210), Blue Colour 5 (E131), Flavour, Purified Water

Directions:

• Directions for use: Ideally use at a different time to toothbrushing . Rinse once daily with 10 ml (2 teaspoonfuls) around the teeth for one minute and spit out. Avoid drinking, eating or rinsing mouth for 15 minutes after use. Do not exceed stated dose. Excessive dosage may cause nausea and dental fluorosis in children under 7.
