Complan Sachets are a delicious drink, enjoyed by a wide range of people of different ages for a variety of different reasons. Complan is a trusted, fortified dietary supplement formulated to provide high quality nutrition. It provides a balanced mix of high-quality, essential protein, fat and carbohydrate to provide energy, as well as an extensive range of vitamins and minerals, and it provides a useful boost to energy even in small servings. A single serving, when made with water, provides around 250 calories, and when mixed with skimmed milk it provides around 320 calories. If you are recovering from an illness or surgery, or you are suffering from illness-related under nutrition, you may be prescribed a course of nutritional food supplements to help you to get the nourishment your body needs, when you are not able to eat normally. Skimmed cows milk, lactose (from cows milk), maltodextrin, vegetable oils (palmolein, sunflower oil), sucrose, dextrose, cocoa powder, magnesium hydrogen phosphate, xanthan gum, flavouring, sodium L-ascorbate, calcium carbonate, ferrous sulphate, L-ascorbic acid, nicotinamide, choline chloride, zinc sulphate, calcium D-pantothenate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, D-biotin, phytomenadione, pyridoxine hydrochloride, manganese sulphate, thiamin hydrochloride, cupric sulphate, retinyl palmitate, riboflavin, cholecalciferol, cyanocobalamin, potassium iodide, chromium chloride, sodium molybdate, sodium selenite.

Directions:

• You can drink Complan either hot or cold, whichever you prefer, and because its already nutritionally balanced you only need add water. However, add milk if you prefer a richer, creamier taste. Each sachet provides around 250 calories. This is the equivalent to a light meal: 2 sachets are equivalent to a main meal.
• Each sachet requires a total of 200ml (1/3 pint) of water or milk, either hot or cold.
• Pour some of the water or milk into a large cup or mug and add 1 sachet of Complan.
• Mix into a smooth cream with a whisk or fork.
• Top up with the remaining water or milk and keep stirring all the time.
