Just open the Cura-Heat sachet, unfold the heat patch and apply directly to the skin over the painful area where the heat will increase blood circulation, decrease stiffness and relax sore muscles. The Cura-Heat Direct to Skin Neck and Shoulder patch is fragrance free, non-medicinal and with a thin discreet design they are ideal to use anywhere.

Directions:
- Ensure skin is dry, open the Sachet by hand (do not cut) and remove the Cura Heat heat pack. Peel away the paper strip. Adhere to skin over the pain area. Heat pack reaches maximum heat in 30 minutes.
