Ingredients:

Aqueous extract from: Hibiscus calyces, camomile flowers, fennel, spinach. Mixture of fruit concentrates of: grapes, pears, blackcurrant juice, cherries, blackberries, carrots. Iron II (ferrous) gluconate, rosehip extract (containing 4% vitamin C), vitamin C (ascorbic acid), vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl) riboflavin, vitamin B1 (as thiamin HCL), vitamin B12, maltodextrin.

Directions:

• To maximise the iron absorption, take Floravital Liquid Iron on an empty stomach, approx. 30 minutes before a meal or 2 hours after. Adults and children over 12 years: 10ml twice daily Children aged 6–12 years: 10ml once daily Children aged 3–5 years: 5ml once daily
