Nutricia's Fortini M/F 1.0 Chocolate 200ml is a nutritionally complete, fiber-enriched oral supplement for children aged one year and older experiencing disease-related malnutrition and growth failure. It is a food for special medical purposes and requires medical supervision. Key features include 1.0 kcal/ml, or 200 kcal per 200ml bottle, and a fiber blend with 1.5g of Multi Fibre per 100ml. Each bottle provides 4.8g of protein and essential vitamins and minerals. The product is suitable for children from one year or weighing over 8 kg who cannot meet their nutritional needs through diet alone and can be used as a supplement or sole source of nutrition for children aged one to six years (or 8-20 kg)

Directions:

• Store in a cool, dry place. Shake well before use. Ready to drink and best served chilled. Once opened, close the bottle and store in a refrigerator for maximum 24 hr. If consumed directly from bottle, discard leftovers.

For internal use only. Must be used under medical supervision. Suitable as a sole source of nutrition for children from 1 year onwards. Due to the fibre content, intakes greater than 4 bottles per day should be used with caution in young children. Not suitable for patients with galactosaemia.
