GlucoGel, formerly known as HypoStop is an easy to use 40% dextrose gel which has been available in the UK since 1984. It is used by people who require glucose, or are in need of an energy boost. GlucoGel is also recommended by the National Institute for Clinical Excellence for people who need to manage hypoglycaemia. If you are feeling tired and faint, GlucoGel is an instant way to get a sugar boost when it is most needed. The single use, triple pack tubes are useful to carry when out and about, eg. in a bag or the glove compartment.

Ingredients:

Demineralised Water, 40% Dextrose Monohydrate, Thickener: Sodium Carboxy Methyl Cellulose E466, Acidifier: Citric Acid E330, Preservative: Potassium Sorbate E202, Acidity Regulator: Tri Sodium Citrate E331.

Directions:

• Twist off the cap and squeeze a required amount in to the mouth and on to the inside cheek.
• Gently rub the outside of cheek to quicken absorption process. Alternatively, squeeze content into mouth and swallow.
• Important! Speak to your doctor or health care advisor regarding your carbohydrate requirements.
