Directions:

• Hold the tampon applicator with two fingers at the grip right above the pusher.
• Relax your muscles, place the tip into your vagina and slide it in all the way to the grip.
• Once inserted, use your index finger to slide the pusher completely in to release the tampon.
• After inserting the tampon, pull out the applicator (including the pusher).
