Wellkid Peppa Pig Omega-3 soft jellies are packed with highest quality DHA derived from natural vegan plant sources (algae). Over the last 10 years, the awareness of the importance of Omega-3 has grown, and ensuring your child receives enough Omega-3 is a valuable step towards giving him or her the best start in life. Omega-3 contains fatty acids like DHA, which contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision. Results from the National Diet and Nutrition Survey (NDNS) suggest that the consumption of oily fish, which is the main source of beneficial Omega-3 fatty acids, remains low. Children are eating well below the minimum recommendation of two portions of fish per week, including one portion of oily fish. Omega-3 can be found in high concentrations in oily fish, such as mackerel, sardines, trout and (fresh) tuna. However, as parents know, many children do not like the taste of oily fish so it can be difficult to ensure your child is getting all the Omega-3 and, in-turn, fatty acids like DHA, they need and the minimum one portion of oily fish per week.

Directions:

• CHILDREN (3-7 YRS): CHEW ONE OR TWO PER DAY. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Do not give to children under 3 years. Chew before swallowing.
