Add your products to the basket and select Click & Collect as your delivery method at checkout.
2. Receive Your Ready Notification
We'll send you an email or text message when your order is packed and ready to collect — usually within 2 hours during opening hours.
3. Visit Us
Bring your order confirmation (printed or on your phone) and a valid photo ID to our collection point.
4. Collect Your Order
Our team will hand over your order quickly so you can be on your way.

Order Confirmation
Your order confirmation email — either printed or displayed on your phone.
Photo ID
A valid form of photo ID such as a driving licence or passport.
Payment Card
The card used to pay for the order may be required for verification purposes.
