Directions

1. Pour 200ml of whole milk into the shaker.
2. Add the entire contents of one 57g sachet.
3. Shake vigorously until the powder is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
4. Pour into a glass or mug and consume immediately.
5. If not consumed immediately, refrigerate and consume within 24 hours.
