Berocca Boost is packed with vitamins and minerals. It also contains caffeine, plus guarana a herb native to the basin, which is a natural source of caffeine. Vitamins B1 and B2 help support natural energy release, B6 and B12 help reduce tiredness and fatigue, whilst caffeine helps to increase your alertness and concentation to give you a little kick to help keep you going. Do not exceed 400mg of caffeine per day. Not recommended during pregnancy or for those breast feeding.

Need to know Berocca boost can be taken every day throughout the year, but should not be used to replace a well-balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 1 tablet. Not recommended for children, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding (contains 75mg of caffeine per tablet). You are advised not to consume more than 400mg of caffeine per day from all sources. Do not take in combination with ephedrine or other stimulants. Keep product and empty tube out of the sight and reach of young children.
