Each sachet, when made with 200ml whole milk, provides 389 kcal per serving and 17 g of protein. Ensure Shake comes in a variety of flavours.

Directions

1. Empty the contents of one sachet into a glass or shaker.
2. Add the recommended amount of milk or water.
3. Stir or shake well until dissolved.
