Directions
- Remove a pad from the wrapper.
- Peel off the backing to expose the adhesive strip on the pad.
- Place the pad adhesive-side down in the centre of your underwear so it lines up with your body.
- Press firmly to ensure the pad sticks securely.
- Change regularly: It’s recommended to change pads every 4–8 hours, or more often if needed, to maintain hygiene and prevent odour.
- After use, wrap the used pad in toilet paper or its wrapper and dispose of it in the bin (do not flush).
