O.R.S Hydration Tablets contain the perfect balance of electrolytes and a small amount of glucose (17kcal) that enables your body to absorb fluids faster through a process called electrolyte driven osmosis. O.R.S electrolyte-based tablets are an effective hydration solution for the whole family; whether you are an athlete in training, a commuter that travels regularly for work, having to cope with hot climates, or just looking to increase your hydration levels for health and wellbeing. Simply drop, dissolve, and drink in normal drinking water. Our hydration formula is available in 3 delicious natural flavours, lemon, strawberry, and blackcurrant.

Ingredients:

Dextrose (Glucose), Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Sodium Bicarbonate), Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Natural Lemon Flavouring (Maltodextrin, Acacia Gum, Flavouring Preparations), Maize Starch, Sweetener (Sucralose), Riboflavin.

Directions:

• For general hydration as required, dissolve 2 tablets in 200ml of water, and drink. 3-6 years: Drink 10ml of dissolved solution per kg of body weight in small sips.
