Directions:

• 1. Remove earplugs from packaging. 2. Roll earplugs between fingers to soften the wax. 3. Reach over and back to pull outer ear up and out to straighten ear canal. 4. Insert earplug until feels comfortable. 5. Twist and gently pull earplug to ensure proper fit.
