Directions

1. Insert the pad into the underwear with the adhesive strip facing up. Remove the release paper. Press the pad gently against the underwear to ensure it sticks. Change the pad every 4-6 hours or as needed. Dispose of used pads in the trash, wrapping them in tissue or placing them in a plastic bag before disposal.
