Pregnacare Plus dual pack provides the original fully comprehensive multivitamin tablet, which delivers the essential nutrients for pregnancy including the recommended level of 400mcg folic acid and 10 mcg vitamin D as advised by the UK Department of Health D during pregnancy and breast-feeding, plus an additional Omega-3 capsule to provide a rich source of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) which contributes to normal brain and eye development of the foetus.

Ingredients:

Bulking Agent: Maltodextrin, Magnesium Oxide, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid [Carriers: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose & Tartaric Acid]), Ferrous Fumarate, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Hydroxypropylcellulose, Caprilic / Capric Triglycerides, Natural Source Colours [Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxides], Glycerin, Purified Talc), Zinc Sulphate, Anti-Caking Agents: Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid and Magnesium Stearate, Niacin (as Nicotinamide),

Directions:

• One green tablet per day, plus one pink capsule per day.
• Swallow each with water or a cold drink and take with a main meal. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed recommended intake. To be taken only on a full stomach.

Safety Warnings:

• As with other food supplements, seek professional advice before using if you are under medical supervision, suffer from food allergies, or are allergic to any of the ingredients.
• Contains pharmaceutical grade fish oil. As Pregnacare contains vitamin K, if you are taking oral anti-coagulants (blood thinners) do not take Pregnacare except on the advice of a doctor. Vitamin K is not known to specifically interact with the action of aspirin or heparin. This product contains iron, which if taken in excess by very young children may be harmful.
