Vitamin D, also known as the sunshine vitamin, is essential for calcium absorption and bone mineralisation, which helps keep your bones strong and supple. These tablets are suitable for adults and children over 12 years, making them an ideal choice for the whole family

Ingredients:

Contains:Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol), Calcium Carbonate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate12. Each tablet contains 1000 IU (25 μg) of Vitamin D323.

Directions:

  • While essential to organ, bone and immune system health, it is not advisable to exceed the recommended dosage of vitamin D unless you are under the care of a medical doctor.
