Directions:

• Complan can be consumed either hot or cold, depending on your preference.
• Since its already nutritionally balanced, you only need to add water. However, for a richer, creamier taste, add milk.
• Each sachet provides around 250 calories, equivalent to a light meal. Two sachets are equivalent to a main meal.
• Each sachet requires a total of 200ml (1/3 pint) of water or milk, either hot or cold.
