Directions:

• Wet your hair and scalp thoroughly.
• Apply a small amount of shampoo to your scalp (about a coin-sized amount for short hair, more for longer hair).
• Massage gently into the scalp with your fingertips. Focus on the roots and problem areas—do not aggressively scrub.
• Leave on for several minutes (usually 2–3 minutes) to allow the active ingredients to work.
• Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
