Omega-3 fatty acids are a special class of polyunsaturated fatty acids which are commonly found in plant seed oils, nut oils and oily fish such as sardines and mackerel. Directions:

• One Visionace tablet, plus one Omega-3 DHA & Krill Oil capsule per day. Swallow each with water or a cold drink and take with a main meal.
