Fortisip Bottle is a nutritionally complete, high energy (1.5kcal/ml), ready to drink, milk shake style nutritional supplement, for the management of disease related malnutrition. Fortisip Bottle can be used to supplement the diet of patients unable to meet their nutritional requirements from other foods, or used as a sole source of nutrition. Malnutrition and weight loss occurs when the body is not getting enough of the nutrients and vitamins it needs to stay healthy and it can develop if a person stops eating properly, cannot eat at all, or if the body needs more nutrients than normal (e.g. due to infection or disease).
