Ingredients:

Active Ingredients: Levomenthol 2.75% w/w, Camphor 5.00% w/w, Eucalyptus Oil 1.50% w/w, Turpentine Oil 5.00% w/w. Excipients: Thymol, Cedarwood Oil, White Soft Paraffin

Directions:

• When using the product for the first time: remove the cap and the seal, prime the product by turning the bottom of the stick 3-4 times. Remove cap and foil twist the bottom to release the product. Clean with a tissue after each use and place the cap on. Topical: Adults: Apply liberally onto chest, throat and back. Cover whole area for maximum effect. Leave clothes loose to allow vapours to be inhaled easily. Children over 2 years: Gently apply a small amount on the chest and back. Leave clothes loose for easy inhalation. Inhalation: Adults: If head cold or nasal catarrh persists, for deep action relief melt two teaspoons in a bowl of very hot (not boiling) water. Inhale the soothing medicated vapours for 10-15 minutes. Read the package leaflet before use. This product can be used with other medicines.
